i have bussiness india about flower delivery in india all over


the orders are through my websight and people purchase with the credit card. i get orders in dubai and forign countries and we forward to india office, how can we keep account?


is there is tax for that? if there who will tell me how much tax?

As I understand you will be opening an office in India to deliver the flowers acc to orders procured by you from all over the world. You shall receive payments and pass the orders to the office in India. If it is so, first you get your office in INdia approved by RBI and then get a shop and establishment registration. You will have to appoint an agent to look after the branch in India. You will make payment to him as per your terms . This payment shall be his income and subject to taxes in India. The payment received by you will be outside India and you being resident outside India will not be subject to taxes in India
