Dont take eastenders too seriously - accept it's a pointless soap and that it will never make sense, and then either carry on watching!

Reply:We used to watch all the soap operas....used to. The last time we watched Corrie Toyah Battersby had just been attacked and in Eastenders there was a similar storyline.. When soaps first hit our screens they were an escape from the reality of Life but when they started getting "darker" we felt it was no longer enjoyable. We knew some people who were addicted to them and woebetide anyone who interrupted their viewing! Over the past 2 nights YA has been inundated with the Ian Beale story. Read somewhere that Adam Woodyat is leaving but, no doubt, he'll be brought back in a few years time in a cock and bullpoo story for a couple of weeks especially if the viewing figures drop dramatically. In answer to your question about Eastenders losing the plot.....it lost it years ago! Most of the plots and storylines get recycled every year or two or old cast members get brought back in, even the ones who were bumped off....like Den Watts being murdered by a bunch of dafs only to return to get buried under the blooming pub! They'll be "doing a Dallas" next but maybe they already have!!!
