Why does it matter that roses are red...?

and violets are blue? Is it some sort of corporate flower delivery propaganda?

Why does it matter that roses are red...?
it doesn't matter, it's a part of the corporate plan to make our pockets feel lighter...
Reply:Old phrase...I prefer my roses..black...
Reply:Yes...it is...

Men usually can think of something to rhyme with Blue, to think of a quick poem to send along with the flowers...
Reply:hmm good question. I personally like my roses white.
Reply:no. red is for romance.
Reply:there blue ,white, purple and orange roses too.

Red is just th emost common I guess and it sounds good in that thing.
Reply:i thought violets were violet ♥
Reply:and sugar are sweet..
Reply:red means love while other colors such as pink or yellow are more for friendship
Reply:It just rhymes so well. Roses are red. Violets are blue. Sugar is sweet and so are you!
Reply:I like pink and white roses.... Violets are blue... hahaha, what false advertising. I mean violet is clearly a purple hue according to the color wheel and it has no business being blue. LOL!!!
Reply:It doesn't matter at all in my opinion.
Reply:exatly.
Reply:And what's with the thorns? If I were a flower and I wanted people to just leave me alone, I'd put thorns all over my body. But does that stop people? Noooooo! Leave the freakin' rose alone. Can't you see it's upset? It just wants to be left alone. For heaven's sakes!!!
Reply:becoase they are red
