Reply:In many states of the US, sending an annonymous gift could be considered as stalking. It all depends on how the recipient would perceive that gift, which is unpredictable. Because of that, and of course in a litigation-happy country like US, some (but not all) florists would simply refuse to deliver flowers annoymously. I don't know the situation in UK.
