I have noticed in many scenes he is drinking orange juice. Also he is sucking the lemon when he was getting the flower delivery. Whats up with that?
Why does "It" in I Love New York always have something citrus with him?

maybe that is why he is so slow, the tangy parts of the lemon and other fruits must have gotten to his head.
